The Artist TyDro was Born & Raised In Louisville Kentucky. Growing up in a family where his parents were never home, He was alone alot. When he wasnt alone, he was following his older brother around. TyDro and his brother used to beat box and make up raps off the tops of their heads, not knowing at the time that we were freestyling. "It was something we used to do for fun & for laughs." Recalls TyDro. His Brother used to make him cassette tape mixes with Artist like UGK, Mr Serve On, Young Bleed, Master P, and A lot Of Down South Hip Hop at the time. "I used to sit in my room in total darkness and listen to hip hop for hours" which took A young Ty to different worlds and places of creativity.
After receiving a keyboard for Christmas one year, TyDro began to experiment with creating his own beats, slowing the tempos down, and developing his own style. TyDro began to write his own rhymes. After many years of inspiration, experimentation, and motivation, TyDro saved up enough money and purchased his own studio and beat making equipment. He has since been in the lab, writing, making beats, and recording his music.
TyDro slowly became TyDro, The Emcee And Beat Maker. A Persona whose sound cant be denied. He has released 15 Albums, 2 Mixtapes, produced more than 1000 beats, and recorded more then 360 songs to date. In 2009, Ty was invited By Istandard to come to New York and produce for some of todays notable hip hop artist and pioneering DJ's of the culture. TyDro was ranked in the top 300 Artist played online in 2010 via the ASCAP site Reverbnation. He was also invited back to Atlanta, Georgia in Summer 2010 to produce for more credible artist in the game and met wit icons such as DJ Premier, Sha Money XL, and Sam Sneed to name a few. In 2011, after a performing shows regionally, Ty jumped back in the lab and released a slew of mixtapes for Free.
